Dough: 500 gr All purpose flour (i used type 00), half tbs salt, 1 tsp sugar, half tsp baking soda, 1 tsp instant yeast, half cup yogurt, 1 tbs ghee, around 1 cup warm milk (maybe less depending which flour you use) mix all let it rest 20 min, After 20 min add 1 tbs oil and rest 3-4 hours. Holes in the dough made these with backside of wooden spoon. Also brushed it with Egg/milk mixture and sesamy seeds and baked it in the oven 220 C
